I have known and worked with Monica for years. She and the her team are responsible, reliable and loving caregivers. She took care of both of my parents for extended periods of time and did high quality work that enabled them to remain in their home.
I cannot speak more highly about the care Monica and her team provided my parents. While no one wants to need help, sometimes it is just necessary and they made it as pleasant as possible. They never missed a day and would even stay overnight on a moments notice if needed. They became a part of our family and we always felt our parents were safe in their care. They provided whatever care was needed including hygiene, safety, meals and keeping their home clean.
